Every family has a story, many are cherished and pulled together through time into a memorable and deeply meaningful set of stories, legends and photo albums. Some get lost and forgotten, only to be rediscovered at a later date and painfully pulled together as best they can.
This web site is going to explore this experience through my personal journey of pulling together stories and experiences of my ancestors from multiple sets of photos, letters, documents and other archives that I have been able to assemble.
I have a strong and emotional pull to gather these source materials together into a comprehensive and soaring history with a goal of understanding their experiences set against their historical time and experience.
Understanding how people lived during their lifetime can inform the present and the future and perhaps create a sense of context in time and space that we live.
